Dr. Kvashnin earned his Doctor Habilitatus in condensed matter physics from the National University of Science and Technology “MISiS” in 2021, followed by a Ph.D. in condensed matter physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 2016. His earlier academic journey includes a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 2012 and a B.Sc. in Physics from Siberian Federal University in 2010.

Dr. Kvashnin currently serves as a Full Professor at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, Moscow, and has been a Senior Researcher there since 2017. He is also a professor at the National University of Science and Technology MISiS and a Research Scientist at the Emanuel Institute of Biochemical Physics RAS.
