Muharrem Balcı pursued his PhD in Electrical-Electronics Engineering at Kahramanmaras Sutçcu Imam University, focusing on Video, Image, and Signal Processing under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ahmet Alkan. He completed his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in the same field at Gaziantep University.
