Professor Abdullah has held various academic positions across the Middle East. He served as a teaching assistant and research scientist at Jordan University of Science and Technology before joining Babylon University as an assistant lecturer in 2003. He has also taught at Al-Mustaqbal University College and has been a faculty member at Al-Zahraa University for Women since 2020. His roles have included overseeing chemistry labs, mentoring postgraduate students, and contributing to scientific research.
