Douti Bili earned his Doctorate in Nursing Sciences (Ph.D.) from the École des Sciences de la Santé, Université Catholique d’Afrique Centrale, in 2021, where he graduated with honors. He also holds a Master’s degree in Health Sciences with a focus on Nursing from the same institution in 2014. Prior to that, Douti completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (Health Education and Public Health) from the University of Lomé in 2009 and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Sciences in 2004 from the Ecole Nationale des Auxiliaires Médicaux de Lomé. Additionally, he completed a series of specialized certifications in continuous quality improvement, healthcare safety, and research ethics.

Since August 2022, he has been the Clinical Director at Integrate Health, leading continuous quality improvement programs for healthcare providers.
