Iswarya has a rich blend of industry and academic experience. She worked as a Programmer Analyst at Scope International Pvt Ltd., a part of the Standard Chartered Group, from 2012 to 2014. Her role involved working on technical domains like VB.Net, SQL, and MVC architecture, with a focus on payments, cash, clearing, and messaging. Currently, she is a full-time Research Scholar at PSG College of Technology, where she is involved in developing simulations, authoring technical documentation, and contributing to research in Radio Resource Management and Machine Learning.
