Education 
Selby Liu Yingqi earned his PhD in Structural Engineering from The University of Hong Kong (HKU), where he was recognized for his outstanding contributions as a Teaching Assistant and achievements in academic competitions. Prior to his doctoral studies, he completed both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Road & Railway Engineering and Road & Bridge Engineering respectively at Wuhan University of Technology (WHUT).
Experience 
Selby Liu Yingqi’s professional journey includes roles as Assistant Professor at WHUT and Honorary Research Associate Professor at HKU. His research has spanned various projects such as the Long-term Behavior of Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and Resilient Seismic Design for Precast Segmental Bridge Columns.
