Md. Taslim Uddin completed his secondary and higher secondary education in Comilla, Bangladesh, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Chittagong University in 1984. Furthering his expertise, he earned a Fellowship from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS) in 1995. He has also undergone extensive postgraduate training in PM&R, including a residency at King Abdul Aziz Hospital in Saudi Arabia.

Starting his career as a Resident Medical Officer with Save the Children Fund in 1985, Md. Taslim Uddin later served as a Medical Officer in Bangladesh’s National Health Services.
