Mr. Mukasa holds a Master of Science in Soil Science (2016) from the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Makerere University. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from the School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Resources, Makerere University in 2006.
