Lara Maistrello holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with honors from the University of Parma and a PhD in Animal Biology from the University of Bologna. She has also attended specialized courses in Agroecology at Michigan State University and in Insects as Food & Feed at Wageningen University.
