Dr. Mohammadian pursued his Ph.D. in Ergonomics at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, graduating in 2022. Prior to that, he completed his M.Sc. in Occupational Health Engineering in 2012 and his B.Sc. in Occupational Health in 2010, both from Kerman University of Medical Sciences. His academic journey has been marked by exceptional achievements, including securing the first rank among his graduating classes at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. His rigorous training has equipped him with a deep understanding of workplace safety, human-centered design, and advanced ergonomic assessment techniques.

Dr. Mohammadian has an extensive academic career, serving as a faculty member at Kerman University of Medical Sciences since 2022. Previously, he was a faculty member at Jiroft University of Medical Sciences from 2013 to 2018. He has taught various courses, including Ergonomics, Anthropometry, Cognitive Ergonomics, and Occupational Health and Safety, to undergraduate and graduate students. In addition to his teaching roles, he has held several administrative positions, such as Vice Chancellor for Education and Research at Jiroft University’s Faculty of Health and Director of Educational Affairs at the Faculty of Medicine. His contributions to academia extend to journal management, where he has served as an executive director, deputy editor, and reviewer for various scientific journals.

Dr. Mohammadian’s research focuses on both physical and cognitive ergonomics. His work in physical ergonomics includes ergonomic design and redesign, usability testing, inclusive and universal design, and anthropometric assessments. He has also contributed significantly to cognitive ergonomics, investigating methods for cognitive performance assessment, mental workload, EEG & ERP studies, and macroergonomics. His interdisciplinary research aims to enhance workplace efficiency, safety, and human well-being through scientifically driven ergonomic interventions.

He was honored as the Top Student Technologist at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 2021 and recognized as the top Ph.D. student in Ergonomics in 2022.
