He successfully defended his doctoral thesis in 2013. Following this, he engaged in a Post-Doc position under the bilateral program "Action: Austria – Slovakia" at the Laboratory of Electroanalysis and Sensorics, Institute of Chemistry – Analytical Chemistry, Karl-Franzens University in Graz, Austria.
