Liudmila Filipava holds a PhD in Economics from Belarusian State Economic University (BSEU), earned in 2017. Prior to this, she completed her Master’s degree in International Economics at BSEU in 2010, exploring strategies for attracting foreign direct investment into Belarus. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the same university, with a thesis on project finance.
