Kutosi Moses, born on December 2, 1991, in Bududa, Uganda, is a dedicated environmentalist with over six years of experience at the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA). His work primarily focuses on improving environmental and social health and safety (ESHS) aspects in infrastructure projects and enhancing compliance with national and international environmental regulations.
