Dr. Akinte holds a Ph.D. (2020–2024) in Energy and Materials Engineering from RMUTT, where he has worked on advanced hybrid microgrid energy systems and econometric energy modeling. Prior to that, he completed an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2015–2016) at Coventry University, United Kingdom, where his work emphasized high-voltage power systems and control schemes for power factor correction. He also holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2005–2010) from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Nigeria. Professionally, Dr. Akinte has served as a Research Assistant at RMUTT from 2023 to 2024, actively collaborating with Thailand’s Provincial Electricity Authority on pilot hybrid energy projects. Earlier, he contributed as a tutor and electrical engineering instructor at several institutions in Nigeria, including Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary and Success Academy Arena.
